## Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days, Monday‑Friday.
Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded from processing time.
We will send an email notice for unexpected order delays.
Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

## Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping:Estimated transit time: 3‑5 business days after the order is dispatched.

Please note: 3‑5 business days is an estimated delivery window. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather or force‑majeure circumstances, which are out of our control.

## Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow 24‑48 hours for the courier system to activate and update tracking information.

## Lost / Damaged Package
If your parcel is lost, stuck in transit or received with damaged items, please contact our support team at lillianlowe140@hotmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Kindly provide your order number and photos of damaged goods or packaging for us to process your claim.
